It was a shorter week, and yet so much still happened. Next week we’ll be in June! Summer is rapidly approaching. I don’t know how we zipped through spring, but I’m not ready for the heat (or humidity). I’m already dreaming of the recipes to make this summer, many of which involve pies and fruity frozen treats.
