On the corner of a cobblestone street in Tribeca, you will find a restaurant co-owned by Robert de Niro called Tribeca Grill. The brick walls, unique lighting fixtures, and colorful paintings by De Niro’s father make this restaurant extremely comfortable and enjoyable to eat in. The service is friendly and attentive, and as the lunch crowd filed in over the hour, it still felt roomy. I enjoyed the Tribeca Grill’s Daily Burger with cheese and Ale sauce, and couldn’t help but indulge in the chocolate cake. A very satisfying lunch with an even better ambiance.
P.S. Try Babbo for another cozy setting in NYC.
